Preliminary:
  • If you take fresh yeast, then give it in a little lukewarm water.

Preparation:
  1. Lay the farina on the table.
  2. Addition the salt and dry yeast.
  3. Make a collar and flush the lukewarm water in the middle.
  4. Slowly mix the farina with the water.
  5. Altogether knead to a batter.
  6. Give the batter in a dish and cover it with a blanket.
  7. Merged 1 hour on a warm place
  8. Form the batter to a bread.
  9. Take it on a baking sheet with baking paper and cover it again with a blanket.
  10. Merged 30 minutes on a warm place
  11. Cut in and daub with cold water.
  12. Give the bread into the heated stove an bake it 45 - 50 minutes.
  13. After 2/3 of the baketime daub it again with cold water.
  14. Let it to cool on a rust.

Notice:
Dont store the bread in a plastic sack.
