Ingredients:

Preliminary:
- If you take fresh yeast, then give it in a little lukewarm water.
Preparation:
- Lay the farina on the table.
- Addition the salt and dry yeast.
- Make a collar and flush the lukewarm water in the middle.
- Slowly mix the farina with the water.
- Altogether knead to a batter.
- Give the batter in a dish and cover it with a blanket.
- Merged 1 hour on a warm place
- Form the batter to a bread.
- Take it on a baking sheet with baking paper and cover it again with a blanket.
- Merged 30 minutes on a warm place
- Cut in and daub with cold water.
- Give the bread into the heated stove an bake it 45 - 50 minutes.
- After 2/3 of the baketime daub it again with cold water.
- Let it to cool on a rust.
